Newcomers to Greenwood, and all passersby on Highway 3 can't help but notice the high stockade walls surrounding Fort Greenwood. In the video below you'll get a fascinating 'inside look' at the Fort, which is an RV Park containing 65 permanent sites for motor homes and park models.
The gated community, surrounded by a 12 foot tall stockade fence, is situated along Boundary Creek. Inside the Fort are several historic buildings and a lot of happy people who live at the Fort year-round or seasonally.
